Our rate structure reflects the demand during particular weeks. If possible why not arrange your vacation for one of the less expensive weeks. Remember June is one of our hottest months and September one of the most beautiful. We have no “black flies” in the Kawarthas. The boats are equipped with furnaces and are fully insulated for off-season.

No boating license is required, you will receive excellent, coast guard approved instruction at Egan Marine.
All prices are in Canadian dollars - American dollars are exchanged at the bank rate that day.

Reservations
The reservation deposit is $300.00 (May, June and September) and $500 (July and August) per rental week or weekend per houseboat.

Cancellation Policy
If you are forced to cancel this reservation let us know immediately. If we are able to rebook your houseboat at list price you will be charged a $100.00 administration fee and the balance of your deposit will be returned.

Insurance
As our houseboats exceed 26’ in length, your Homeowner/Tenant policy may not apply - check with your broker. A deductible of $2500 is included in your rental at no cost. This amount can be reduced to $300 for $29/day. If the buy down is not purchased we require the applicable security deposit to be placed on a credit card.
